Our Process

Creating unique decor & flower designs for your event

Our clients are our friends. Like the beginning and blossoming of any good friendship, we start our process by getting to know more about you. Ideally, this happens over a cup of ‘fou fou’ coffee  (because we are addicted) or tea (on us of course).  We like to have a natural conversation about your event and find out what you are picturing for your wedding- little details or large details- we love to hear it all! This is also a great opportunity for you to learn more about what we can do for you- whether it’s about our floral design, rentals, custom decor or art direction.

The K.L.W. Design Crew has been known to be very personable and ‘easy to talk to.’ From decor to flower designs, our goal is to make your event beautiful and to take the worry out of stressing over every little detail.

As we dive in, we always ask for you to forward your boards of inspiration to our email. It allows us to see what type of styles you admire.  If you have no idea what ‘pinning’ is or are lost in general- no worries, it’s our job to provide creative direction.

 Every client is unique in his or her own way- that’s why we create a quote specifically for you. You aren’t bound by restrictive ‘packages’ or required to get specific services. Our services are à la carte- you say what you need and we custom create your quote around your needs.
